Since the last edition (No. 1) the active count is flat at 12,642 (12,649 before); the median asking price is flat at $349,900; the median time on the market is up 1.3% at 78 days, from 77 days.

Between editions 46 new listings came on, 47 homes cut their asking price, one raised it and 53 listings left the active market. By asking-price band, under $300k is the biggest group at 43.1% of the 12,604 priced listings, followed by 27.2% $300–500k, 16.9% $500–800k and 12.7% $800k+. Time on the market runs 96 days under $300k, 63 days $300–500k, 67 days $500–800k and 85 days $800k+.

Knoxville, the busiest city, carries 2,064 active listings (16.3% of the market), with a median asking price of $409,900 and a median 53 days on the market, 9 fewer active listings than the previous edition. In Sevierville there are 1,185 active listings, 9.4% of everything listed; the median asks $475,000 after a median 83 days, 5 fewer active listings than the previous edition. Crossville carries 1,049 active listings (8.3% of the market), with a median asking price of $225,000 and a median 118 days on the market, 1 more active listing than the previous edition.
