773 Yoakum Hollow Rd

Notes from the listing agent

Two lakefront lots. Two permitted docks. One lakefront paradise. Designed for lake days and extended stays, 773 Yoakum Hollow Rd offers extensive outdoor entertaining space, recent renovations, and direct Norris Lake access across 200+ feet of shoreline. Located in Big Creek on 0.7 acres with no HOA, the home has 2,500+ square feet, 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, a bonus room, and 4 built-in queen bunks for maximum sleeping capacity. Just bring the boat and your bags because this home comes completely furnished. The renovated interior features luxury vinyl plank flooring, cathedral ceilings, skylights giving abundant natural light, and an open kitchen and living area designed for both everyday use and larger gatherings. The kitchen is equipped with quartz countertops, an oversized island, updated cabinetry, two stainless steel refrigerators, and hidden pantry storage behind a Murphy door. Multiple dining and seating areas provide additional flexibility, including a granite-topped bar and custom dining table seating 10. The main-level primary bedroom includes direct deck access and an ensuite bath with a walk-in tile shower. Two additional bedrooms are also located on the main level. Outdoor spaces extend the living area toward the lake with a 45-foot screened-in deck plus a covered outdoor kitchen and dining area. A cascading waterfall feature runs alongside the decks, adding movement, sound, and another memorable element to the outdoor space. The lower level adds a second living area, a fourth bedroom suite with ensuite bath and deck access, plus a bonus room, and four built-in queen-size sleeping spaces - each with its own individually mounted TV (no arguing about what to watch over here!) The HVAC is 5 years old and the washer, dryer, and water heater are approximately 2 years old. The lower-level furniture is also only about 2 years old. Outdoor amenities continue on this level with a second 45ft covered deck, extended deck space for a firepit and seating, a built-in storage unit, easy steps to the lake, and a tram to carry coolers, supplies, and lake gear to the dock. The waterfront setup is one of the standout features of the property. The two permitted docks are designed for low-maintenance and are connected by a drawbridge. One is dedicated to boat storage with composite decking, two covered slips, jet ski ports, and a Touchless Cover system. The second dock is designed for entertaining with a full tiki bar, fridge, ice maker, TV, plenty of seating, storage for lake gear, and a water slide with an outdoor shower for rinsing off. This dock is newly constructed, aluminum, and built to last with minimal upkeep. Fountains along the walk to the dock add another ''wow factor'' water feature. The shoreline is lined with riprap at this property and the neighboring properties, which keeps the water clean, and the water depth is approximately 40 feet at full pool. An oversized covered boat parking adds further ease. Big Creek offers convenient boat access to Whitman Hollow Marina, Sequoyah Marina, and Indian River Marina, plus a boat ramp is only about 10 minutes away. With two permitted docks, two lakefront lots, more than 200 feet of shoreline, multiple outdoor living areas, and a renovated interior - this property has a Norris Lake setup you do not come across often. Options are endless: an unbeatable summer home with an extra lot for privacy, short-term rental property for additional income, or investment opportunity to build on the 2nd lot. Don't let this one pass you by. Lots will not be sold separately.
