Notes from the listing agent

Under construction on one of the most beautiful streets in Tennessee National, this striking ~4,500 sq ft custom home offers 7 bedrooms and 5.5 baths of high-end living with the rare chance to still personalize finishes and features. Designed with volume and entertaining in mind, the home features soaring 10-12 ft ceilings in the basement--perfectly sized and finished for a golf simulator--plus two fireplaces and generous open living spaces that flow seamlessly throughout. Enjoy a private wooded backyard on approximately half an acre, creating a true oasis while remaining just an easy golf cart ride from the clubhouse, Sunset Saloon, pool, and marina. Walking trail access sits right on the same street, connecting you to miles of scenic paths throughout the community. Tennessee National delivers the full resort lifestyle: a gated community centered on the acclaimed Greg Norman Signature championship golf course, a private full-service marina on Watts Bar Lake, clubhouse dining, saltwater pool, pickleball, fitness center, amphitheater, dog park, and a vibrant calendar of events. Have fun socializing with neighbors, then retreat to your own private wooded sanctuary. With construction scheduled to complete in May 2027 and the build still early enough for meaningful customization, this is an exceptional opportunity to create your ideal home in one of East Tennessee's premier golf and lake communities.
