Getting to know Rocky Hill
Rocky Hill occupies the gently rolling ground between Kingston Pike and the Tennessee River in West Knoxville — an established area of ranches, traditional homes and newer custom builds that has kept a low-key residential character while the retail around it matured.
Daily life orbits a few nearby nodes: the Northshore Town Center development with its grocery, dining and services; Bearden’s restaurants a few minutes east; and the West Town area to the north. Rocky Hill Park and the ballfields at its center give the neighborhood its community gathering spot, and the riverside stretches of Northshore Drive lead to lakeside parks and boat ramps west of town.
Getting around
Northshore Drive and Kingston Pike connect quickly to I-40 and Turkey Creek.
