The busiest lot-size band for estates is under one acre, with 386 listings
Five lot-size bands hold a home · 386 listings in the busiest · median asking $1,399,800.
Among the 784 active estates that state a lot size, 386 sit on under one acre, more than in any other band. That is 49% of them.
The bands run in steps from under one acre to ten acres or more, and an estate goes in the band its stated lot size falls in. A band says how big a lot is, not what it could be used for. The other bands: 1 to 3 acres has one hundred fifty-eight, 3 to 5 acres has forty-three, 5 to 10 acres has fifty-six, 10 acres or more has one hundred forty-one.
Every price here is an asking price on an active listing, taken from the MLS listings. An estate is a home asking $1,000,000 or more and under $5,000,000, a price band and nothing else. A lot size, a year or a size is what the listing states, and an estate that states none is left out of every figure that needs it. A median needs three homes or it is left out.
The estates in this band state 157.9 acres in all, and the median lot is 0.4 acres. Asking prices run from $1,000,000 to $4,850,000, and the median asking price is $1,399,800, for a median of 3,677 square feet.
The largest lot among them is at 83 Falcon Tr, Vonore, TN 37885 in Vonore: 1 acres, asking $1,400,000.
