KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) — Two people are dead and one person faces charges after a wrong-way crash on I-40 in Knoxville, according to the Tennessee Highway Patrol. Paul Fisher, 22, of Tennessee, faces two vehicular homicide charges after a crash on I-40 in Knoxville Sunday, the THP's preliminary report said.
