The bands run in steps from under one acre to twenty-five acres or more, and a listing goes in the band its stated lot size falls in. Every price here is an asking price on an active land listing, taken from the MLS feed and our own copy of it. Acreage is the lot size the listing states, and a listing that states none is left out of every acreage figure. Asking price per acre is the asking price divided by the stated acres, so it is an asking figure and nothing more. A median needs three listings or it is left out.
The under one acre listings state 318.8 acres in all, and the median lot is 0.4 acres. Asking prices run from $750 to $1,500,000, and the median asking price is $32,000, or $65,370 per acre at the median.
The biggest tract among them is at Settlers View Lane, Sevierville, TN 37862 in Sevierville: 1 acres, asking $177,700.
The table shows every band that holds a listing, and each row opens the listings in it. The twenty-four biggest tracts of the 721 are shown below, and the search on the main page looks through every active land listing. Each address opens that listing's own page.
