453 homes name a repair in their listing remarks; Knoxville lists 80

For buyers who take on repairs, and investors. Counts of active homes whose own listing remarks name a repair, a condition or a term of sale.

Four hundred fifty-three active homes have public listing remarks that name a repair, a condition or a term of sale, in the sellers' own words.

By the city each listing gives: Knoxville lists 80, Crossville lists 24, Sevierville lists 23.

Of those 453 homes, the remarks name a foundation in 2, water, fire or storm damage in 1 and "sold as-is" in 268; a home can name more than one.

These notes repeat what the listing says, word for word. They are not an inspection. Ask for one.
